SPUMONI ICE CREAM
Serves 4-6 Prep time: 15 min Waiting time: 30 min 200 g of vanilla ice cream, 200 g of dark chocolate ice cream, 200 g of pistachio ice cream, 2 tbsp. of Malaga, 1 tsp. of bitter cocoa powder.
Soften the ice creams a bit by placing them in a microwave for 2-3 seconds. Using a large spatula, layer them into a large container. Knead the softened ice cream in order to mix together the colors without obtaining one single color. Add the Malaga and the bitter cocoa powder. Place the ice cream in the freezer for 30 minutes, then scoop into a container of your choice for serving.
