SPUMONI ICE CREAM

Serves 4-6 Prep time: 15 min Wait­ing time: 30 min 200 g of vanilla ice cream, 200 g of dark cho­co­late ice cream, 200 g of pis­ta­chio ice cream, 2 tbsp. of Malaga, 1 tsp. of bit­ter co­coa pow­der.

Soften the ice creams a bit by plac­ing them in a mi­crowave for 2-3 sec­onds. Us­ing a large spat­ula, layer them into a large con­tainer. Knead the soft­ened ice cream in or­der to mix to­gether the col­ors with­out ob­tain­ing one sin­gle color. Add the Malaga and the bit­ter co­coa pow­der. Place the ice cream in the freezer for 30 min­utes, then scoop into a con­tainer of your choice for serv­ing.
