Champagne Picard & Boyer

Cuisine | a&d - - The market -

Bought in 2010 by a young and determined entrepreneur, Picard & Boyer is a discreet champagne producing vineyard that managed to make a name for itself in the harsh world of the champagne business, serving as a breath of fresh air for the entire industry. The champagne is dominated by a pale yellow robe which conceals a fine and delicate bubble. The nose shows the strength of Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay and opens with notes of white-fleshed fruit and freshly-cut grass, a trademark of this cuvée. The palate reveals a certain smoothness and freshness, with a long and fruity finish.
