Barrossa Valley, Langhorne Creek, McLaren Vale, Upper Adelaide: winter rainfall was lower than the long-term average for most parts of South Australia. The mild daytime temperatures and cool evenings across most of the ripening period, allowed for impressive flavor development. Deep red robe with a crimson rim and a nose of raspberry, vanilla and cocoa. The palate opens to an explosion of fruit. Although it's rather young, the vintage shows great aging potential. Characterized by pronounced chewy tannins and a lively acidity that bears the mark of 12 months of aging in oak casks. Pair with grilled meat and red meat. 13.50€
