100% Sauvi­gnon Blanc. Is­sued from a vine­yard south of Sancerre, near the bor­ders of Bourges. The grape vines were planted on cal­care­ous clay soils dat­ing back from the Late Juras­sic, known as Kim­merid­gian Marls. The wine's nose is ex­pres­sive, dom­i­nated by notes of white flow­ers, ex­otic fruits and cit­rus. The palate is round and pro­nounced, end­ing with a long fin­ish. Goes per­fectly with seafood, tur­tles, gourmet sal­ads and cheese. Rec­om­mended con­sump­tion pe­riod: dur­ing the first 3 years. 8.50€
