seeds (diced) 100 g of sim­ple syrup (= 65% sugar + 35% wa­ter)

100 g of ice cold wa­ter •Mix the herbs to­gether for 30 min, then add wa­ter. •Mix all in­gre­di­ents to­gether and plate.
