The very first edition of the Gastronomy Fair for Overseas French Territories, launched by Babette de Rozières together with the great Stéphane Le Foll (and we’re talking great not only in terms of size - 1.80 m), has been a great success! During the fair, Martinique was able to showcase the full talent, creativity and flexibility of its chefs and artisans, as well as the quality of the local ingredients. Four of Martinique’s star chefs were there for the occasion: Gaby Martinon, Guy Ferdinand, David Colomba and Prisca Morjon... just in case you missed the event. Last minute news: Chef Marcel Ravin, a native of Martinique, has just won his first Michelin star! That calls for a celebration.
