Bergman, in 1960, about the island of Fårö in Gotland.

Milk Magazine (English) - - CONTENTS - by Elisabeth Toll

A tiny island in the Baltic Sea forever associated with the Swedish film director Ingmar Bergman who made six films there, including Persona and Scenes from a Marriage and who died there in 2007, Fårö is also an atypical place with arid landscapes and lunar atmosphere, famed for its rauks, or strangely-shaped limestone monoliths. A photographic escape to this hypnotic isle.
