The nose is fine, rel­a­tively pow­er­ful and of­fers a fine con­cen­tra­tion. It re­veals notes of raisin, dry plum and slight notes of dry lemon / kumquat as­so­ci­ated with fine notes of blond to­bacco, spices as well as a dis­creet touch of gray pep­per and a dis­creet note of licorice. The mouth is fine, suave, unc­tu­ous, aerial, fat, well-bal­anced, finely pow­er­ful and of­fers a fine fresh frame. In the mouth this Rum ex­presses notes of raisin, tarte Tatin and pâtis­serie as­so­ci­ated with slight notes of quenette, ly­chee, a dis­creet touch of cit­rus (in the back­ground) as well as slight woody notes, spices, car­damom, clove and toasted oak. Good length.
