The nose is fine, delicate and offers a fine sweetness (in the background) as well as complexity. It reveals notes of cherry, candied strawberry and white fruits combined with a touch of mirabelle plum, marmalade, a subtle hint of honey, flowers as well as a discreet hint of spices, honey, Sherry and vanilla. The palate is fruity, fine, suave, delicate and offers a beautiful matter and volume. On the palate, this Whisky expresses notes of apple, candied pear, peach in syrup and touches of honey combined with a touch of caramel, grilled oak and fine / discreet hints of spices, cedar, chocolate and a subtle hint of vanilla (in the background). Good length and beautiful persistenc­e.
