The palate is fruity, fine, suave, delicate and offers a beautiful matter and volume. On the palate, this Whisky expresses notes of apple, candied pear, peach in syrup and touches of honey combined with a touch of caramel, grilled oak and fine / discreet hints of spices, cedar, chocolate and a subtle hint of vanilla (in the background). Good length and beautiful persistence.
