Black Butte Whiskey - Malt Whiskey

-

The nose is fruity and offers a slight gourmandise as well as elegance. It reveals slight notes of licorice and a hint of caramel, anise, flowers (white and violet) associarted with touches of caramelized apple, baked peach as well as subtle touches of candied citrus. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, slightly tight and offers a slight mineral frame, a beautiful definition, a beautiful roundness, a slight fat as well as gourmandise. In the mouth this Whiskey expresses notes of candied apricot, pear and slight touches of candied citrus associated with touches of caramel, subtle touches of peat, grilled touches, cacao as well as a hint of pepper and an imperceptible hint of minerality almost salin on the finish. Good length.
