The nose is fruity, racy and offers a fine intensity, a beautiful grain as well as a fine concentration. It reveals notes of ripe redcurrants, cassis and small notes of rosemary / garrigue, black olive, racy minerality associated with very discreet touches of chocolate, spices as well as a very discreet hint of violet and cuben pepper. The mouth is fresh, fruity, well-balanced and offers good definition, a fine acid frame, tension, a beautiful fat, a beautiful definition, a small suavity, freshness, a beautiful finesse as well as an aerial side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe redcurrants, ripe cassis and small notes of ripe wild berries associated with discreet touches of racy minerality as well as a touch of chocolate and discreet hints of vanilla / toasted almond. Tannins are very fine and elegant. Good length and persistence. A beautiful and gourmand wine!
