Vertical (English) - - Summary - By Chi-young Ahn and Peter Jensen-Choi.

There are seven Gasherbrum. Located at the far end of Baltoro, they form a horseshoe around the Abruzzi Glacier. Their name means “beautiful mountain”. The Gasherbrum V, like its brothers, is well named. It remained unclimbed until last year. Chi-young Ahn and Nak-jong Seong brought this coveted status to an end, after the adventurous first ascent of this 7,147 meters-high mountain.
