There’s dark chocolate, milk chocolate and of course, white chocolate. Now gourmets will be pleased to know that chocolate might also come in… pink! Swiss manufacturer Barry Callebaut, one of the world’s largest cocoa processors, says it has developed "ruby chocolate." The chocolate maker describes it as "not bitter, milky or sweet, but a tension between berry-fruitiness and luscious smoothness." Some chocolate experts said they were intrigued but questioned the possibility of creating a fourth type of chocolate. Chocoholics beware!
