Pink cho­co­late?

There’s dark cho­co­late, milk cho­co­late and of course, white cho­co­late. Now gourmets will be pleased to know that cho­co­late might also come in… pink! Swiss man­u­fac­turer Barry Calle­baut, one of the world’s largest co­coa pro­ces­sors, says it has de­vel­oped "ruby cho­co­late." The cho­co­late maker de­scribes it as "not bit­ter, milky or sweet, but a ten­sion be­tween berry-fruiti­ness and lus­cious smooth­ness." Some cho­co­late ex­perts said they were in­trigued but ques­tioned the pos­si­bil­ity of cre­at­ing a fourth type of cho­co­late. Cho­co­holics be­ware!
