The G7
The Group of Seven (G7) consists of seven countries with the largest economies in the world: France, Germany, Italy, Japan, the United Kingdom, Canada and the United States. Together, they represent more than 62 per cent of the global net wealth. The group meets once a year to discuss major world crises, and international economic or monetary issues. This year, the G7 summit was held in Charlevoix, Quebec.
