Theresa May

Vocable (Anglais) - - Ceux Qui Font L'actu -

Theresa May is in the hot seat. Last month, more than 50 Eurosceptic Tory MPs gathered to discuss methods of ousting Britain’s prime minister. Although Michael Gove, the environment secretary, dismissed the meeting as “loose talk,” the MPs discussed the timing of a possible vote of no confidence in the prime minister if she didn’t abandon her Chequers plan. However, Theresa May would only need a simple majority among all 315 Conservative MPs to defeat a no-confidence vote.
