Where Paris - - Arts & Attractions -

The works of some 40 contemporary, unrelated, artists have been brought together in a group show entitled Grand Trouble at the Halle Saint Pierre, the Parisian cultural venue for outsider art. The works in diverse styles and mediums ranging from drawings to paintings, sculpture, photographs, installations and videos are juxtaposed to dialogue with one another and talk about life, the world and our daily lives. The works in the exhibition explore the world with its violence, its fears, its paradoxes but also its mystery and beauty as interpreted by each artist. The show is accompanied by concerts, conferences and film projections.
