This month marks the sea­son of the arts and the French cap­i­tal is not wel­com­ing one ma­jor event but two fairs that avid art col­lec­tors will not want to miss. FIAC, the In­ter­na­tional Con­tem­po­rary Art Fair, will be held for the 44th time and will bring to­gether 192 dif­fer­ent gal­leries from 29 coun­tries. Mean­while, the Art Elysées - Art & De­sign show will be bring­ing to­gether 70 French and in­ter­na­tional gal­leries.

The City of Light will also be host­ing ma­jor art ex­hi­bi­tions in­clud­ing Gau­guin the Al­chemist at the Grand Palais and Pop Art, Icons that Mat­ter at Musée Mail­lol, which ex­plores the world of pop art.

In this is­sue we also take you on a tour of the Cognac re­gion, tak­ing you from one world-fa­mous cognac house to an­other as well as in­tro­duc­ing you to Parisian spots where you can taste the fa­mous drink.
