Angelina, the famous Parisian tea room, has declared this weekend Mont-Blanc Weekend. Following the previous years’ successful Mont-Blanc Day, Angelina has given what the public wants, a full weekend of whipped Chantilly cream, chestnut cream and crunchy meringue. Celebrating its signature patisserie, this year pastry chef Christophe Appert has deconstructed it and is serving it atop a tart base made with chestnuts. The Tarte Mont-Blanc is available at all Angelina addresses including the historical tea room on Rue de Rivoli.
