Tapas Dining

Where Paris - - Dining -

A welcome addition to the popular Marais neighbourhood comes in the form of the Hôtel National des Arts et Métiers where nestled beneath a glass ceiling is the hotel’s dining establishment. Open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the restaurant is a great meeting spot for designers and artists, where the ambiance means more to them than the actual cuisine, and this is exactly where the table does not disappoint, with lush vegetation and a chic industrial feel creating a cool atmosphere for enjoying a glass of wine. Food-wise, this is a welcome spot for sharing antipasti dishes, grilled vegetables, tempura-style vegetables and shaved prosciutto, although the best table is the restaurant’s adjoining bar, which serves Venetian-style tapas where diners can nibble on fresh burrata while sipping on a cocktail. - S.
