Pho­to­graphs 2005/2015, Beck­mann and Berlin ex­am­ines the re­la­tion­ship be­tween photographer and sit­ter. To 22 Aug: Er­win Wurm – Bei Mutti pushes the bound­aries be­tween sculp­ture, ob­ject, and per­for­mance, invit­ing vis­i­tors to in­te­grate them­selves into the artist’s work. To 31 Oct: Mod­ern Vi­sion­ar­ies fea­tures the utopian paint­ings MUST SEE One of the finest col­lec­tions of Euro­pean art from the 13th to the 18th cen­turies. Lots of Dutch and Flem­ish painters, in­clud­ing Rem­brandt and Ver­meer, and a vast col­lec­tion of Ital­ian Re­nais­sance art, in­clud­ing Bot­ti­celli, Ti­tian, and Canaletto. From 1 Jul: El Siglo de Oro. The Age of Velázquez fol­lows the artis­tic de­pic­tions of ma­jor po­lit­i­cal and so­cial de­vel­op­ments in 17th cen­tury Spain. To 17 Jul: Fiesta in Seville. An Il­lus­tra­tion Series from the Golden Age in Spain. To 31 Jul: Hanns Ku­nitzberger takes up tem­po­rary res­i­dence at the Gemälde­ga­lerie.
