Konz­erthaus

This charis­matic 1821 con­cert hall is the base the­ater of the Konz­erthau­sor­ch­ester, but other or­ches­tras and soloists grace its stage reg­u­larly. 1 Feb: Verdi's Stiffe­lio, semi- scenic ver­sion. 7 Feb: The Staatskapelle Berlin (cond. Baren­boim) per­forms Mozart and Beethoven. 9 Feb: Dvo­rak's Sta­bat Mater. 10 Feb: Co­me­dian Har­monists to­day. 11, 12 Feb: Konz­erthau­sor­ch­ester Berlin, (cond. The iconic con­cert venue is home to the ac­claimed Ber­liner Phil­har­moniker, cur­rently led by Sir Si­mon Rat­tle, but also hosts other en­sem­bles and soloists. Free lunchtime con­certs Tues­days 1pm. 6 Feb: The Staatskapelle Berlin (cond. Baren­boim) per­forms Mozart, Beethoven, Berg.
