Orig­i­nally from Switzer­land, Hans Richard is an artist-turned-chef and res­tau­ra­teur whose FrenchSwiss restau­rant – fit­tingly named Richard – boasts one of Kreuzberg’s most beau­ti­ful in­te­ri­ors.
