Greece’s lawyers yesterday stuck by their decision not to meet with representatives of the country’s international creditors, after arguing that the European Commission, European Central Bank and International Monetary Fund officials have no “institutional role.” Justice Minister Haris Kastanidis had asked the lawyers to meet with the troika officials to discuss the reform of their sector but they backed a decision taken on Sunday to boycott the talks.
