> Athens > Fe­bru­ary 18 Award-win­ning chef patissier Se­bastien Serveau, head of the pas­try de­part­ment at Mai­son Dal­loyau in Paris, will con­duct a patis­serie sem­i­nar at the Sof­i­tel Athens Air­port Ho­tel on Mon­day, Fe­bru­ary 18. Mai­son Dal­loyau was es­tab­lished by Charles Dal­loyau, a patissier who worked at Ver­sailles dur­ing the reign of Louis XIV. The event is sched­uled to take place from 5 to 8 p.m. and the par­tic­i­pa­tion fee is set at 50 eu­ros (45 eu­ros for stu­dents).
