Classical in Nafplio
> Nafplio > To June 30 The 22nd edition of the Nafplio Festival is taking place in the seaside Peloponnesian town until June 30. Under the guidance of artistic director Yiannis Vakarelis, the event features 45 music ensembles and soloists performing at landmark locations including the Palamidi Fortress and Aghios Georgios Square, as well as new venues such as the Fougaro cultural center. The Nafplio Festival showcases the Nafplio Festival Ensemble, the Greek National Opera, as well as Greek, Danish, Austrian, Polish, Lithuanian and French musicians.
