> Athens > To De­cem­ber 13 In as­so­ci­a­tion with the Hel­lenic Amer­i­can Col­lege, the Hel­lenic Amer­i­can Union presents an ex­hi­bi­tion show­cas­ing pho­to­graphic and archival ma­te­rial ex­plor­ing the Greek cap­i­tal in the 1960s. “Athens: The Spirit of the 60s – A Chang­ing Cap­i­tal” is cu­rated by jour­nal­ist Nikos Vatopou­los and showcases photographs orig­i­nat­ing mostly from pri­vate ar­chives, along with post­cards and mag­a­zines. Em­pha­sis is placed on so­cial changes be­tween the late 1950s and the es­tab­lish­ment of the dic­ta­tor­ship in 1967.
