The Euro­pean Cen­tral Bank low­ered the cap on emer­gency liq­uid­ity as­sis­tance (ELA) Greek banks draw from the do­mes­tic cen­tral bank by 2.5 bil­lion euros to 58.6 bil­lion euros, the Bank of Greece said yes­ter­day.
