Stathis Li­vathi­nos di­rects Sopho­cles’ “Antigone” at the An­cient Theater of Ep­i­dau­rus on Fri­day, July 15, and Satur­day, July 16. A co-pro­duc­tion with the Greek Na­tional Theater, the State Theater of North­ern Greece and the Cyprus Theater Or­ga­ni­za­tion, the play is part of the Greek Fes­ti­val’s events this year. The cast is led by Betty Ar­van­iti and Dim­itris Lig­nadis. Shows start at 9 p.m. Ad­mis­sion ranges from 8 to 40 eu­ros.
