Let fault rest where it belongs

Public dialogue in Greece these days has been reduced to bombastic displays of excess, extreme opinions and hatred. Nevertheless, the political parties currently in power, namely SYRIZA and Independent Greeks, have absolutely no right to protest with respect to the situation. This is because they themselves cultivated all these elements for a number of years and used them without any forethought or remorse in their effort to scramble to power. Ultimately, they bear major responsibility regarding the state of affairs in Greece at this moment. This is why before they voice any kind of complaints for whatever attacks are carried out against them, they ought to apologize to the Greek people for all the unbelievable things they have said against people and against decisions that now seem tame compared to their own.
