Greek-born com­poser Per­i­cles Ka­naris presents “Ao­ratos” (In­vis­i­ble), an al­bum based on lyrics by ac­claimed Greek poet-lyri­cist Manos Eleft­he­riou, at the Pal­las The­ater in Athens on Wed­nes­day, November 23. Per­form­ing the songs are vo­cal­ists Vas­silis Pa­pa­con­stanti­nou, Costas Make­donas, Rita Antonopoulou, Lam­brini Kara­costa and a group of New York mu­si­cians who have col­lab­o­rated with artists such as Sir El­ton John, Car­los San­tana, Sting, Ste­vie Won­der, Bono and The Edge. In the second part of the con­cert, the artists per­form works penned by com­posers such as Mikis Theodor­akis, Yian­nis Markopou­los and Stavros Xar­chakos and re­orches­trated by Ka­naris.
