Cyber crime police in Attica and northern Greece are probing two cases involving online child pornography. The case in Attica concerns five leads on the possession and distribution of child pornography in Greece. Greek cyber units worked on information provided by Europol and the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, a US nonprofit. The other case involved the blackmail of a 16-year-old girl in Crete by a 32year-old man in Macedonia, northern Greece, who threatened to post sexually explicit photos of her online if she did not send him more material. He was arrested after a report by her father.
