“Yannis Tsarouchis: Il­lus­trat­ing an Au­to­bi­og­ra­phy – Sec­ond Part (1940-1989)” will re­main on dis­play at the Be­naki Mu­seum’s Pireos Street an­nex through Sun­day, Fe­bru­ary 26. The ex­hi­bi­tion is part of a group of themed pre­sen­ta­tions of works from the per­ma­nent col­lec­tions of the Yannis Tsarouchis Foun­da­tion. The show traces the his­tory of the artist’s paint­ings through chrono­log­i­cal group­ings, re-cre­at­ing the en­vi­ron­ment in which he lived and ex­plor­ing the var­i­ous in­flu­ences that shaped his work through­out his ca­reer.
