An­other in­vestor think­ing about freez­ing Greek plans

Black­Rock is con­sid­er­ing freez­ing its plans for the con­struc­tion of a 50,000 square me­ter mall in western Athens due to long de­lays caused by state bu­reau­cracy. Given the neg­a­tive at­ti­tude of var­i­ous groups and the gov­ern­ment it­self to­ward the in­vest­ment in the ‘Academy Gar­dens’ project – put at more than 300 mil­lion euros – it emerged yes­ter­day that Black­Rock might shelve the plans of its lo­cal sub­sidiary Ar­tume for the shop­ping cen­ter on the site of the old Mouza­kis tex­tile fac­tory on Ki­fis­sou Av­enue.
