Chess games
The third 2017 FIDE Chess Grand Prix to identify two players for the intended Candidates Tournament is underway in Geneva, Switzerland. The tournament follows one in Sharjah, UAE, in February, and another in Moscow, Russia, in May. Six rounds of the Geneva competition have been completed in the nine-round tournament. In the sixth, the Indian grandmaster Pentala Harikrishna outplayed Armenia's Levon Aronian and leads the tournament.
