The deadline for submissions of applications is April 24th.

GFF President Wayne Forde, said,

“The Executive Committee has made significant amendments to the ToR (Term of Reference) for the Senior Men’s Head Coach Position. We believe that it is absolutely necessary to synergize the nation’s football development programme with the national teams’ coaching strategy,” said GFF president Wayne Forde.

The post will fall under the Technical Department and the successful candidate will be expected to provide leadership in all aspects of the senior national team’s programme, including planning, training and development to improve the ranking and performance of the senior men’s team.

“The federation has outlined established targets for the senior men’s team for the applicant’s consideration including increasing Guyana’s FIFA Ranking to the top 100 within two years and CFU ranking to the top five within a three-four year period respectively, Gold Cup qualification in 2019 and building the foundation for World Cup qualification in 2026,” a GFF release stated.
