In a hot­pot restau­rant, it’s near im­pos­si­ble to pick one stand­out dish. It’s the com­bi­na­tion of high-qual­ity in­gre­di­ents and good com­pany hud­dled around a steam­ing pot of food that makes the ex­pe­ri­ence. Among our favourite items were hand-cut “lo­cal” (Chi­nese) beef and chen pi fish balls.
