Hotpot at Suppa
“We’re Cantonese and love hotpot. [Restaurant co-founder] Bong used to live in Tai Po with his grandma and he wanted to bring that feeling of eating at home, with family at a round table, to this restaurant.”
In a hotpot restaurant, it’s near impossible to pick one standout dish. It’s the combination of high-quality ingredients and good company huddled around a steaming pot of food that makes the experience. Among our favourite items were hand-cut “local” (Chinese) beef and chen pi fish balls.
