“This re­ally takes me back. It’s not just eat­ing the dish, but cook­ing it that trans­ports me to an­other time. It’s some­thing we used to do as a fam­ily. My brothers and I would sit around the ta­ble and roll the gnoc­chi, and my mum would make the sauce. When dad got home from work, we would all sit down and en­joy what we had made to­gether.”
