Feather & Bone has launched a per­son­alised dry-age­ing ser­vice, and guess what? It’s com­pli­men­tary. Guests can pur­chase large pieces of pre­mium beef and have Feather & Bone’s knowl­edge­able butch­ers age the meat ex­actly to their taste, then drop by the butcher as of­ten as they like to cut off steaks to take home, or have them grilled in-house at the Happy Val­ley lo­ca­tion by ex­ec­u­tive chef Eric Taluy. There are only nine dry-age­ing spa­ces avail­able in each state-of-the-art Ital­ian fridge, in Happy Val­ley, Cen­tral and Clear­wa­ter Bay, so get in early.
