FLAVORS OF EUROPE

“Flavors of Europe ‒ Quality and Tradition” promotional programme

Crave - - EVENTS -

See you at Agripro Asia!

For exporters from all over the world, Hong Kong is the “gateway” to China and Asia, and this is why producers from the European Union also have to be there. The Agripro Asia trade show will bring together a large group of traders from many industries who, together with the creators of the “Flavors of Europe ‒ Quality and Tradition” programme, implement its goals in various parts of the globe. Currently, we are on the third year promoting the “Flavors of Europe” EU supporting mechanism, of which the Association of Butchers and Producers of Processed Meat of the Republic of Poland, already well-known to people in Hong Kong, has been a beneficiary for over a decade. This was made possible thanks to the outstanding promotional programmes presented during trade shows such as Food Expo and Agripro Asia. Things are going to be no different on 30 November ‒ 2 December, when the “Flavors of Europe ‒ Quality and Tradition” exhibition stand will once again amazes all visitors during the Agripro Asia trade show in Hong Kong. The EU zone will attract them with beautiful stand design, as well as the famous hospitality hosts, featuring members of many organisations from the meat, fruit and vegetable industries, including a group of over 20 producers open for business meetings, well-prepared to present their rich offer, which combines pork, beef and high-quality poultry meat with fruit and vegetables. The flavour and aroma of the dishes served by outstanding chefs working for the best restaurants will surely attract many guests. The producers and managers of “Flavors of Europe ‒ Quality and Tradition” will join forces with chefs to prove to visitors that products from the European Union are worth paying attention to, not only because of their competitive prices, but first and foremost, because of the taste and quality of the meat, vegetables, fruit and their products. These unquestionable advantages and benefits are ensured by constantly deepened the knowledge of breeders and producers, expanded thanks to their collaboration with scientific centres, as well as employing innovative solutions and state-of-theart technologies. Moreover, by referring to tradition, where natural flavour is all that matters, this guarantees the success of products from the EU countries. The masters’ kitchen will offer dishes made of pork, high quality poultry meat, as well as fresh and chilled beef, combined in an attractive way with various fruit and vegetables, as well as fruit and vegetable preserves. The offer of these products is extremely rich, which the visitors will discover when going through the pages of colourful catalogues. The quality and exceptional taste of the promoted products is not only the result of their perfect preparation and the producers’ knowledge, but also from maintaining and observing the quality systems relevant worldwide and in the European Union throughout the entire production process, from field to table. All rules and regulations of the HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) standard, as well as the GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and GHP (Good Hygienic Practice) standards, are stringently complied with. The managers of the programme also point out the advantages of poultry meat produced under the QAFP (Quality Assurance for Food Products) system, which was put in place in Poland. Such meat is characterised by perfect parameters when it comes to its quality, culinary use and flavour. Similar traits exemplify beef from cattle raised according to the principles of the QMP (Quality Meat Program) system and pork from pigs raised using state-of-the-art technologies, whilst at the same time taking care of animal welfare. It is worth noting that the fresh and processed fruit and vegetables are also produced in full accordance with the GAP (Good Agricultural Product) quality system for the agricultural sector, whilst also observing the GMP and GHP standards. Confirmation that drawing on the wealth of the culinary heritage and choosing the most precious elements in order to combine tradition with modern achievements and innovation produces outstanding effects will be presented to the guests of the “Flavors of Europe ‒ Quality and Tradition” promotion programme. We would like to invite all those interested in exceptional European and Polish products to B2B meetings organised at stand D21, during which you will have an opportunity to experience and taste the quality of the promoted products. We also invite all meat lovers. During culinary demonstrations, our chefs will surely manage to convince you that the flavours of Europe are based on combining quality with tradition and modernity, with a sprinkle of exceptional skill and culinary imagination.
