A stel­lar line-up of Hong Kong’s eight top chefs, in­clud­ing Uwe Opocen­sky (Beef & Lib­erty), Peggy Chan (Grass­roots Pantry), Nathan Green (Rhoda), Ni­cholas Chew (Serge et le Phoque), David Lai (Neigh­bor­hood), Agustin Balbi (Haku), Jim Lof­dahl (Frantzén’s Kitchen) and Ni­co­las Boutin (Épure), are join­ing forces for a char­ity din­ner in sup­port­ing UNICEF’S ini­tia­tive to help chil­dren in Syria. Hosted at Beef & Lib­erty for one night only on Oc­to­ber 26, 110 spe­cial guests will get to en­joy an eight-course Syr­ian-in­spired din­ner pre­pared by the eight vol­un­teer­ing chefs, free-flow drinks and ex­cit­ing raf­fle prizes.
