Nicholini’s has launched a white truffle tasting dinner menu following the arrival of new restaurant speciality chef Riccardo Catarsi. The gem from Alba, Piedmont is starring in noteworthy dishes such as white truffle with pan-fried Hokkaido scallop, purple potatoes, salmon roe and sea urchin sabayon; and homemade foie gras tortelli with parmesan cream, veal jus and white truffle. Enjoy the dishes à la carte, or as part of a four- to six-course tasting menu, starting from $1,488/person. Available from now until mid-december.
