Ni­cholini’s has launched a white truf­fle tast­ing din­ner menu fol­low­ing the ar­rival of new res­tau­rant spe­cial­ity chef Ric­cardo Catarsi. The gem from Alba, Pied­mont is star­ring in note­wor­thy dishes such as white truf­fle with pan-fried Hokkaido scal­lop, pur­ple pota­toes, salmon roe and sea urchin sabayon; and home­made foie gras tortelli with parme­san cream, veal jus and white truf­fle. En­joy the dishes à la carte, or as part of a four- to six-course tast­ing menu, start­ing from $1,488/per­son. Avail­able from now un­til mid-de­cem­ber.
