Responsibilities

• Arrange staff training, class scheduling, course enrollments and performance analysis • Prepare and develop training procedure manual / guides / workflow and course materials • Arrange training logistics, venue setup, records keeping and training notices • Maintain and update all training materials for in-house course • To be responsible for on boarding program for the new recruit and student internship program

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Training and Development, Business Administration or related disciplines • At least 1 year working experience • Good presentation and communication skills and interpersonal skills • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese • Self motivated, well-organized, will to learn, and attentive to details
