For a taste of the fresh­est sashimi and sea­sonal seafood caught in the wa­ter sur­round­ing Sado, en­joy it at Chouz­aburouzushi (ӕѧᅦୗې Ex­pect to re­ceive an in­cred­i­bly large por­tion of kaizen­don, and re­quest for some amaz­ingly fresh uni and abalone – pre­pared right be­fore your eyes.
