Directions
1. Remove seeds from pomegranate. (There are easy “how-to” videos on YouTube if you’ve never done this before!)
2. Chop the tomatoes into a fine dice.
3. Finely dice the onion and jalapeño/green capsicum 4. Chop the parsley leaves.
5. Combine all chopped salad ingredients into a bowl. 6. Squeeze the two limes onto the salad and season with
salt and pepper to taste.
