The Four Seasons lobby bar has long been a favourite for travellers and locals alike, who gather for the aperitivo hour and guest mixologist stints by international talent. Mixologist Summer Lo, who believes there are “no bad cocktails, just cocktails that need a little love and attention” puts great effort into the creations at Blue Bar. Drinkers tend to gravitate to the classic martini collection and excellent refreshing high balls at happy hour, or opt for the well balanced negroni or Aperol spritz—the classic sundowner drink of choice. The venue also serves an excellent array of bar snacks that are on an entirely different level, from fish and chips with lemon yuzu dip to prosciutto pizza and king crab tacos.
