It is considered as peak time for developers for their annual sale happens in this relatively short period. Developers bet on renewed market sentiment coupled with the tradition to see their sales abuzz with activity.

But to this time the season has fail to revive any price hike and buying as the industry has seen price correction, bearish sentiments are likely to continue in the residential real estate market. Due slack in the price the situation can remain stagnant or may even worsen.

Inspite of good sale, price remain stable in many part of the country. Supply is increasing and will be just four times in 2017. Since there are many options and since long sale was restricted, price correction is in offing. Great discounts and deals happening with lot of free supplements. Housing finance have become very difficult and corruption in this sector is restricting fund flow in real estate.

In major areas of out skirts of metros, all over the country, huge developmental activities are recorded. Cities are expanding limits and affordable housing is in great demand.

Real Estate rates across the country are declining and may further decline. This is the right time to purchase as plenty options are available.
