To propel the Indian Aviation further, the Government of India has recently released the National Civil Aviation Policy, 2016. The aim of the Government is to provide an ecosystem for the harmonized growth of various aviation subsectors, i.e. Airlines, Airports, Cargo, Aerospace Manufacturing, Skill Development, etc. The National Civil Aviation Policy (NCAP 2016) is a step in that direction and promotion of Air Cargo is one of the major policy areas covered under NCAP.
