Understanding eroticism

Eroticism Down The Ages (June). I could not agree with the concluding statement of the writer which says, “What is the need of the hour is to melt down the laws and make then pleasure-seeker friendly.” We are always dubbed as a sex-starved country seeking carnal pleasure all the while. The rising trend of horrible gang rapes has been sending chills down the spines of all conscionable people who are concerned about the safety of the womenfolk. In the name of ‘eroticism’, we can not let loose the red-blooded males who pounce upon every opportunity to enjoy themselves at the cost of the gullible women. Our government as well as judiciary should work hand-inglove in formulating stringent laws to check these marauding molesters.
