Redefining Printing Technology!
Apparel gives you an insight into why Grafica’s nano-prinTag has been making waves on the garment technology circuit.
At a time when the textile printing world is seeing innovations aplenty, Grafica’s nanoprinTag is surely making its presence felt by standing apart from the crowd. Grafica Flextronica’s (manufacturer and exporter of screen printing machines and allied products for textile, graphics and industrial printing sectors) nanoprinTag is the fastest and the world’s first all electrical-mechanical automatic direct-to-garment tagless label screen printing machine. The nano-prinTag is designed, keeping efficiency in mind, as it involves minimum power consumption and maintenance. As it runs without a compressor, there is no pneumatics inside, making the machine trouble-free and extremely fast to work with. The machine’s user-friendly, touch-screen control panel makes for easy operation and Grafica also offers customised pallets in various sizes and shapes for different applications.
MAKING NEWS AT EXHIBITIONS
Easy to use and extremely resourceful, the nano-prinTag stirred the creative juices of hundreds of garment printers at the recently concluded KnitVision exhibition ( January 17-20, 2014) in Ludhiana. Team Grafica showcased soundless live demos that grabbed the attention of not just visitors and buyers but of Manish Tewari as well, Union Minister of State, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting and a Member of Parliament from Ludhiana. With this, nano-prinTag was a great success with several bookings and serious enquiries pouring in.
The nano-prinTag was first launched in August 2013 at the Knit Show-Tirupur and later at other exhibitions such as FespaEurasia, Turkey; GarKnit, Kolkata and SGI, Dubai. Everywhere, the same story emerged—nano-prinTag was a showstopper! This goes to prove the suitability and acceptance of an all electrical-mechanical DTG tagless screen printing machine which runs smoothly and noiselessly without a costly compressor and pneumatics inside. Grafica also showcased its most sought after, nano-prinTex which also received a tremendous response and created curiosity among the Ludhiana buyers. Moreover, although it was a garmentrelated expo, Grafica received serious enquiries for its nano-series screen printing machines.
A SUCCESSFUL DEBUT IN THE MIDDLE EAST
Grafica’s debut in the Middle East is also worth mentioning as it continued to garner a great response. Grafica, in association with its UAE distributor, Al Mahir Printing Equipment Trading LLC, showcased its nano-prinTag at the recently concluded SGI exhibition held in Dubai from January 7-9, 2014. The 17th edition of ‘Sign & Graphic Imaging Middle,’ (SGI) exhibition, a yearly event, saw a large number of visitors pouring in from across the UAE, Egypt, Lebanon, Iran, Iraq, India, Pakistan, East Africa and other countries. “SGI Dubai was the most anticipated event of the year in the region with visitors from Signage, Digital Signage, Retail Signage Solutions, Outdoor media and Screen and Digital printing sectors, seen there,” says Dilawar Dalwai of Al Mahir Printing Equipment Trading. “The nanoprinTag being a new concept, attracted a large number of curious visitors as the Al Mahir team performed live demos of printing high density prints, smoothly and noiselessly,” he added. Even as it is making waves within the country and internationally, Grafica has already booked several orders for this new machine and has started exporting to Turkey, UAE, Russia, USA and other countries. The machine is also going to be exhibited in various national and international exhibitions in the coming months.
