Monte Carlo Awarded Superbrand Title
Monte Carlo has been awarded the ‘Consumer Superbrand’ title for the seventh year in a row. Superbrands has been honouring brands with the supreme status since 15 years. This honour is bestowed on brands after a twostage scoring process. The first stage involves scoring by consumers based on their holistic participation in the brands. The next stage is scrutiny and scoring by the Superbrands Council, which comprises heads of prominent organisations who themselves know what it takes to build Superbrands. On the basis of consumer scoring, and scrutiny and scoring by the council, a winner is decided. Participation is strictly based on invitation, and only brands that receive a high, predetermined average score are retained as being selected and are invited to the Superbrands programme.
Monte Carlo, a powerful name in the fashion garment industry, entered the organised ready-towear market in India at a time when the unorganised segment was thriving. Thirty years after its launch, the brand epitomises superior quality and international styling at affordable prices.
